How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Most items in this store are produced on demand. You should expect to receive your order within 10-14 business Days. In-stock items will ship via UPS Ground or USPS  within 7-10 business days of placing your order. If you opted for free shipping, bundled orders will ship weekly (Friday) to Watson Clinic and then dispersed via inter office mail.  Please allow additional time to receive your package and remember to include your department location for delivery.

What if the product I ordered is out of stock?

If an item is out of stock, or unable to be shipped within 10-14 business days, you’ll be notified by email at the address you provided.

How much does shipping cost?

There’s a $7.95 flat rate shipping fee for standard shipping via UPS or USPS and ships direct to your home address.

Is the clothing machine washable?

Yes. Follow the directions on the product label.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay with Mastercard, Visa, Discover, or American Express. Partner Marketing WC Company Store will be listed on your credit card statement as the store for your order.

How do I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled at any time prior to shipping. Please email cs@WCCompanyStore.com and provide them with your order number and tell them you want to cancel your order.

How do I return or exchange a product I ordered?

To expedite your return, please include your packing slip with your returned items and follow these three easy steps:

  1. Include a note indicating why you're returning the item (wrong size, wrong item, etc.)
  2. Tell us whether you’d like to exchange the item for another or credit the card used at time of purchase.
  3. Provide an email address and daytime telephone number in case we have any questions.

Returns received within 30 days of customer’s receipt of the order are eligible to be credited for the purchase price of the item(s), but not for shipping charges. Exchanges will be shipped to you at no charge. Refunds will be returned first to gifts cards used and any remaining balance paid with a credit card will be refunded within 3-5 business days. 

If the content of the package does not match the order placed or the item is defective, Customer may return the item and either: (1) have a replacement sent at no additional charge or (2) have all transaction charges, including shipping, credited to the account on file for the order.

To return an item that does not match the order placed, please email cs@WCCompanyStore.com. Please include your order number in the subject field of your email.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days of receipt.

**Please note, items that have been worn or washed cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded**

You may return the item(s) and either: 1) have a replacement sent at no additional charge or 2) have all transaction charges, including shipping, credited to the card used at time of purchase.

To return an item that does not match the order placed, please email  cs@WCCompanyStore.com. Please include your order number in the subject field of your email.

No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 30 days of receipt.
